Such a quick trip for me.  Just a tiny taste of a catch up with family and friends.  Lovely to see my Sydney and Newcastle folks, however briefly!  Thankyou for fitting me in, those who were able to!!  I am sure the

 boys are still having a wonderful time at Pat's Sunday Lunch, even as I type!!

Over the last few weeks of this term, we have been learning about the weather.  You will see quite a few shots of clouds as we are all noticing, naming and enjoying hunting them down!!

Paul here, Sunday lunch was fantastic! It was great to see some of the regulars with a couple of add-ons. The food was, as always, was amazing. Pat cooked what is fast becoming a tradition - slow cooked shoulder of lamb with Moroccan spices, mint, yoghurt and some of her pomegranates. Craig raised the desert bar another level again, with some poached pears in butterscotch sauce, with home made hokey pokey ice cream.  Yummo!!  You can check out his website for recipes at http://www.caesarspalate.com.au/ .
