We headed further into the wheat via Parkes, to Narromine to see Uncle Gordon.

We had planned to visit Stu (my Mum's brother) and Pen when we were first in Victoria but ran out of time.  This time we were determined not to miss out.

Adelaide.  Phew! We made it!

All up much better than expected.  A lot of driving for us and small screens for the kids, but much more variety and great food than I would have imagined!

I was feeling pretty nervous in the weeks prior to Paul leaving.  My van management skills were OK compared to most of my gender, but were they up for the task of single parent van holidaying?!  Now that it’s all happened it feels fine but at the time I was really quite worried!
